I've been taking my car here for years for oil changes and other regular maintenance. Needless to say they take great care of me.At the beginning of the year, I had my first car breakdown. My car wouldn't start. I called roadside assistance to jump my car. They could not get the car to start.I had it towed to Legacy Tires & Auto Repair after closing. The next morning, I received a call about my car. The problem was immediately identified. They also idenified damage done from crossed wires for the roadside assistance services's attempt to jump my car. A couple of fuse blocks were blown.The mechanics drove to the nearest dealership for replacement parts.Luke and his team were very straightforward and went the extra mile by explaining the damage to my car insurance company to assist with my claim.I'm appreciative. I'll continue to bring my car in for maintence and recommend Legacy.

My 2012 mini cooper s died in the middle of an intersection on Peachtree industrial, and it was a very stressful experience until Luke came to save the day. Not only did he stop on the side of the road to ask if we were okay, but he jump started my car and helped me get to Legacy (where he works). The whole crew at Legacy was incredibly kind & efficient. They were able to start working on fixing my car right away, and it was done in no time. Very grateful to have found this place & to have met such honest people

I brought my car up there to check the battery. I had just gotten my transmission serviced somewhere else. They were do kind and helpful through this whole process. COME SEE LUKE HERE AT LEGACY TIRE! I’ve been coming to this shop since the beginning of the year and it’s not the average shop that’ll try and get you to fix everything in one day. They will inform you but they don’t and won’t pressure you! Luke is really good at what he does! The guys in the back are great at getting you your vehicle on time!

Excellent experience! This used to be Speedee Oil Change, and now it is Legacy Tire and Auto Repair. Some of the same friendly, helpful staff as before. I used a Groupon deal with them for an oil change and they got me right in. They presented my dirty air filter for my consideration, but didn't pressure me for any services. I asked for other service prices and they provided me with a helpful list. They also made coffee for me, so they were really helpful overall. 😊

Outstanding quality service is what I have to say about Legacy Tire and Auto. From the start my experience was good it's a clean and safe environment with refreshments, I was seen immediately without an appointment. The manager Luke made sure I received a thorough inspection before making any pricing. He made me aware of the services I needed to address immediately and the ones that I can work on at a later date. My vehicle was serviced by a service Tech named Ladon. Who explained in details, That I can understand, The things that were going on with my vehicle.During the time of service an oil leak was discovered on my vehicle that was not discussed in the pricing, at the time I could not afford the oil leak repair. I mentioned to Luke that I would do it at a later date.That evening when I received my vehicle all repairs including the oil leak were completed. Luke the manager told me that Me being satisfied with my service and my safety was his only concern. So he did not charge me for the oil leak and I will make it up to him with future business.That's why I say outstanding quality service. I would recommend this service repair shop to family members friends and coworkers.I also want to add that I was running late for work that day and I was waiting for an Uber from the shop to my job. Luke the manager took it upon himself to give me a ride to work because the Uber had not shown. I'm sure this is not an everyday practice but I was grateful for his Help.

My car was broken into, there was extensive damage to my dash board. I had my car towed to Legacy Tire and Auto. I thought my car would be in the shop for many days. Within a hour of receiving my car, David called me to discuss the damage, it was extensive. I gave them the go ahead to repair the damage. I had my car back same day and the cost of repair was a lot lower than initially expected. I will be using Legacy Tire and Auto for all of my auto needs from now on. Luke and his crew are fantastic. I was sure I needed a new car. My 16 year old Mazda Speed3 with high mileage needed a new turbocharger and burned oil to the point where I poured in multiple quarts a week to fend off further damage. Finally, when it was financially viable for me, I took it to another shop who quoted me more than Luke did, just for the turbo. Luke ordered my turbo, quoted the price and emphasized that unforeseen work might be necessary because of the location of the replacement. Luckily for me, there were a few other replacements made. Serpentine belt was cut through; replaced. Spark plugs, replaced. Coolant flush and oil change too. The final cost was in line with the original price quote, and didn’t send me into shock. He even worked with me to keep my car on business premises for a few extra days (the car was ready the day after I dropped it off) so that I could pay for it once I had the cash. Professional, clearly explained from start to finish, and efficient. My car handles better than it has in quite awhile. I’ll be going to Legacy Tire and Auto in Berkeley Lake forever.

Service performed: Oil Change AdviceI went in for an oil change this morning. Met store manager Luke Nicolosi, he took down my car's info (2017 Honda Accord) and told me that with SAE 0W-20 it would have to be a full synthetic oil change. He asked about my last oil change and I told him I bought it from a dealership at mileage 58,500. Current mileage is 60,500. He told me the dealership would have done an oil change and it wasn't worth it to do another one this soon, recommended I come back at 65,000.SpeeDee, good company.Luke Nicolosi, great man.
