Friendly customer service and they take Groupons, which is probably why they stay so busy. They typically try to work in walk-ins, but it may be an hour or two (decent waiting area with TV and coffee). Call ahead and they'll reserve a day/time for you (keep track of whom you talked with on the phone - again, it's busy). Will definitely return for my next oil change.

Absolute life savers!! We came for a tune-up & fuel injector clean up. They ordered new parts which arrived minutes later and got us all taken care of in under an hour. Price was much more affordable than what we were quoted elsewhere, and they were so kind and helpful and friendly. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

This place is awesome! Every time I’ve visited Speedee’s, I’ve had a great experience. Most recently, I got my car serviced by Donald, who changed my brakes, rotors, oil, and did a fluid exchange. I was in and out in 1 hour and was assisted by Austin at the front desk while I waited. Austin was polite, helpful, and attentive to not only me, but every other customer I saw him interact with in that time. And when I refused a service because I had been quoted a better price by a competitor, he did not hesitate to match it! The only hiccup I had was not getting a new window sticker after my oil change. I called the shop and the manager, Danny, answered. When I asked him about the sticker, he asked if I could come back (which I did) and he had the sticker replaced, sincerely apologized, and offered $10 off my next visit. I couldn’t ask for more professional or courteous service from any of the gentlemen I had the pleasure of working with. I will definitely be making this my regular shop from now on!

I came in for an oil change to the Duluth Hwy location in Lawrenceville because I had a coupon. It was a busy time but the guy behind the desk moved some stuff around and took my car right away!Danny was very nice and explained everything to me that was needed on my car. Also, the store manager is very friendly and came out and spoke to each of us and offered us some water. I will be coming back to this location as I feel welcomed here!

A great experience from the moment I picked up the phone to call them! Austin was stellar! He was extremely kind, personable and just all around helpful. He got me all of the information I needed on the phone and I came right in. They did an inspection for me and Austin went above and beyond to sit down and explain everything on the paper for me. EVERYTHING!! We talked Jeeps, we talked mental health & we talked cars! I even got a chance to finish my school work in the lobby! I appreciate that he empowered me as a woman taking care of my car & made no effort to manipulate or take advantage! Everyone I encountered was personable, funny and joyful! I left spending less than $100 and got so much done! Grateful for the local service and the convenient location! I’ll be back for my oil change soon. We've recently moved to Georgia and the hardest part was knowing where to take our cars to be worked on. These guys have been honest and helpful in fixing our cars. I have been coming to Danny and his team here for the last 2 years and each time it’s top tier service. Originally it was an oil change which was super fast then my brakes and this time a tune up and new rotors. The communication you receive regarding updates on parts, cost and ready time is unmatched to any other service shop I’ve experienced. It’s appreciated to have transparency when it comes to repairs. Danny even makes sure upon drop off you have a way home which is nice because some places don’t even ask anything.

As a woman, sometimes I can feel insecure getting repairs conducted on my car; however the individuals at Speedee helped remove my insecurities. They were so nice and informative. They explained everything about the catalytic converter, O2 sensor and clean system service in detail. They did an excellent job!! I will be utilizing Speedee in the future. The first going there was 2 weeks ago for an oil change. They answered all my questions concerning my mother's car and about the tires needed for her car. Brian was especially friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here for a few years to get oil changes for me vehicles. I’ve never had any issues and service is always good and friendly.I recently came to get some new tires. I’ve never gotten tires from here before, but I have gone to other places in the past and gotten really poor tires that I was not happy with (loud, poor performance, etc). Danny helped me out and suggested a brand of tires I haven’t heard of before. I was skeptical, but ultimately decided to trust him and go with his suggestion. I must say, I am verrry happy with this product and service I received. He also gave me a deal on alignment since I’ve been a long time customer. Couldn’t be happier with the service and product received. I plan to come back to get tires for my other vehicles as well.

I highly recommend this place, to anyone who needs any kind of car work done. They are very professional and will do anything to help find what you need done to your car. Thank you Danny. I must revise my choice, they were great at first but then when I had axle problem, which I had already paid and they replaced, still have problem but after a month of asking to have redone because of same problem, after a month still saying no part, now feel like being blown off. Thank you Danny!!!!! Car makes no noise now! So very happy! He did make it right for me

Great service! They've admittedly had issues with staffing lately (lousy employees who call out at the last minute), but if you have some patience, the manager Danny will do right by you. I had a Groupon, no problems. Good price on an air filter that I was long overdue for too, they even filled up my washer fluid free of charge! The folks who show up here are great at their jobs. Come here if you want a fantastic deal on full synthetic.

I had a wonderful experience at Speedee! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.I came in for a routine oil change for my truck and Danny took to my vehicle and showed me why my truck has been making noises while I’m driving. He not only did my oil change perfectly but as well showed me what was going to be a near future headache .
