I went in for a standard oil change. Sooo very happy I went there!! I recently bought new tires and had an alignment done elsewhere. Thomas and his crew discovered I had the cord coming thru on a rear, AND an incorrect tire size on one of the new front tires!!! It is flipping a coin at these auto centers, if you are in need of a conscientious repair shop this is the one for you! Thanks again guys!!

I cannot say enough nice things about the gentleman at Legacy. So helpful and professional. I accidentally blew out two of my tires by hitting a curb and Tom came to my home to take care of my car. He went above and beyond. One of the tires lug nuts were stripped so he made a trip back to the shop to come back with a tool. In no time at all I had two new tires, and was ready to go! Quick and reliable service. I highly recommend!!

I needed my two front tires replaced, oil changed and some fluid topped off. I was referred to Legacy Tire and Auto Repair. The guys there did not disappoint! Service was prompt, I was out within an hour and a half. The environment of the shop was very accommodating to waiting customers. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend! Any time I reach out to this company they take care of me no matter what I recommend 10/10 and they never to busy to add air to your tire even if it is 20 degrees. Today I had an emergency and Thomas was amazing made my day even before I even told him what I needed. AWSOME customer service.

Incredible good service. Oil change was completed quickly and a lot cheaper than some of these other places. Coupons are easy to find on the new website, which is always helpful. In particular, Christina really made my trip here worth it. She was extremely kind and helpful about car questions not pertaining to an oil change. Will 100% come back.

Great experience with this shop! I got my oil changed, brakes fixed and they helped save me money on a part to get my trunk door fixed. The part was going to cost over $300 from the dealership and that was the only one in stock in the area. They let me know I could save money by purchasing it on Amazon instead for only $40.

I drove all the way from Rosswell to Woodstock to get my tires aligned because I found them via Living Social. Oh my goodness, am I happy I did. The gentleman who took care of me was Stacy. I didn't have to wait at all. He and his mechanics took care of me right away. I also asked him if he could check if my battery needed to be replaced because of getting stranded several times. Well, I was lucky I didn't have to do the alignment but needed a new battery. I decided for them to replace it and they did so. I was so happy and content for their service and most of all their honesty. I will drive back there again if I ever needed anything else done. Please try them if you ever need any of their services. Believe me I hardly ever write reviews but want for them to get more well deserved clientele.

We have had a top notch experience every time that my wife or I have taken our vehicle in for service. My wife took her car in due to a check engine light and they identified that the part leading to the air filter was loose. They corrected it at no charge. Once again, I’m impressed. I took my car in thinking it needed a new alternator but after an hour, they called and said, nope-just an inexpensive cable needed to be replaced. They could have lied to me and gotten the higher cost repair but they didn’t bc they’re truly honest and caring people. I don’t take my cars anywhere else and you shouldn’t either.

Melissa checked me in right away. Asked if I had any coupons and then made my coupon redeemable without expiration! My oil change was significantly more cost efficient than that of other quick lubes stations I've used in the past year. I was in and out of the center within 40 minutes and with having to had ordered my oil filter when it wasnt in stock. I'm impressed. I'll be back.

I was having one of those days with nothing going right it seemed. My day shifted in a good way after I had a great experience with Stacy here. I came in with only about 45 minutes until they closed and they already had cars waiting. He tried to have me make an appointment for the next day, but when I said how bad my oil needed to be done he went ahead and said they would do it. Stacy even went as far as to finding me a phone charger when I asked if they had one when he could have just said no one had one, but he went the extra mile to find me one. Took my car here for an alignment after another place tried charging me wayyy more than they should have. The office manager, Melissa, is SO nice & truly provides the BEST customer service. For someone who knows nothing about cars, she did a great job explaining every little thing to me and went out of her way to make sure it actually made sense. They didn’t try to get my to buy a bunch of services that my car didn’t even need, like most places do. They were quick & just overall provided a great experience. After purchasing tires somewhere else a month ago & having a terrible experience (bought 4 tires, 1 went flat a month later & they charged me $150 for a new one bc they didn’t tell me about needing to purchase an extended warranty separately) it was so nice to come to Speedee & actually have them provide great customer service! Definitely will be continuing to bring my car here for any future services!

I’m a 23 year old female & this was my first time purchasing my own parts, usually I’d call around & compare shop prices for parts + labor. The website I purchased my tail light from recommended I get the labor done here at this location so I called to confirm pricing on website for labor & schedule an appt. On the day of my appt everything was smooth, fast, easy, straight forward, & stress free. Usually these type of things are difficult for a woman, especially a young woman but Melissa made me comfortable & everything was done just as she said. I liked the shop so much I just spent an hour going through my bank statements, call logs, email receipts just to remember what the name of this shop so I can book an oil change!! I’ve already recommended this shop to 2 people.

I recently took my new truck to Speedee automotive service for a routine oil change and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. From the moment I walked in, Melissa and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the free coffee and Wi-Fi in case I decided to wait for my service.The technician who worked on my car was highly skilled and knowledgeable. He took the time to check to see whether I had done any routine maintenance at the mileage I had on my truck. Melissa took the time to walk me thru and answer any questions I had about my vehicle. The oil change was completed quickly and efficiently, as well as the additional maintenance I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also performed a complimentary safety inspection, checking my brakes, tires, and other key components.When I arrived to pick up my truck I was greeted warmly again by Melissa. I was surprised that the cost was far less than what I was quoted from other service centers. Returning customer to speedee!After being out Friday night , I lost my wallet and was devastated.
